How to roll dice and flip a coin
- Choose the number of dice (1–10) and the number of sides: d4, d6, d8, d10, d12, d20 or d100.
- Press Roll or tap the dice. The sum appears below the dice.
- Switch to Coin for heads or tails. The counter shows how often each side came up.
Probabilities worth knowing
Every result comes from crypto.getRandomValues, the cryptographic random generator built into your browser. Each entry has exactly the same chance, and nothing is decided in advance or on a server.
With two six-sided dice, 7 is the most likely sum (1 in 6), while 2 and 12 each come up only once in 36 rolls. A fair coin lands on heads about half the time, but streaks of five or more of the same side are completely normal.
